Refund Policy

Introduction

"Final Act Drama " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased hard goods from Final Act Drama and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

Any custom-printed items like journals, apparel, mugs, etc., from our merchandise shop are non-refundable. Any defective or damaged items will be replaced at no charge to the customer after verification of damage.


To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:


Refund must be requested in writing by contacting finalactdrama@gmail.com

The request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Damaged hard goods must be returned to Final Act Drama immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting finalactdrama@gmail.com as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Final Act Drama sole, reasonable discretion.


Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.StartYourActingCareer.com

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
